Bloody Mary Tomatoes
0 notes, January 5, 2012
The Holidays are right around the corner, which means lots of eating and drinking. I don’t know about you but the Holidays in my house are a big thing, and one of my duties in the kitchen is to make the Bloody Marys to ensure a proper kickstart to a day full of cooking and no stop drinking. This year i’m trying out a new recipe and can’t wait to see what my family thinks.
3 Tbsp dijon mustard
3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp horseradish
2 Tbsp hot sauce, Feel free to use more if you like more of a kick
2.5 oz lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
1.5 oz lime juice (about 2 limes)
2 Tbsp old bay
1 tsp celery seed
2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
2 tsp Sea salt
64 oz tomato vegetable juice
And we can’t forget VODKA!!!

I am a serious soup junkie, ever since I can remember I’ve always wanted to open up my own soup shack. Last winter I started perfecting my broth skillz and I can’t wait to get started again now that the weather is getting colder. Keep an eye out for future Homemade Gilly Soup Posts. -Gilly
